Why Can't I Log In?

Having trouble logging into your account?

That's because we have moved to a brand new shopping cart system and could not bring the old login info with us. We do apologize for the inconvenience of having to recreate your account, but in the long run you will be grateful for the move.

You can use your old username/password combo or create an all new one. It is completely up to you.

That's right even though you were/are a returning customer, everyone will need to create an account in the new system. Just click on the REGISTER link at the top of the page and fill out all your info.

Fill out the online form with your basic information and you're all set!

So if you haven't been to our new, improved RetailPets.com site since our change over on May 15th you will have to recreate your login account information (see above).
