Q: Can I use my discount all year?
A: Yes. 

Q: Can I use my discount on all of my orders?
A: No. 

Q: On which orders may I use my discount?
A: On every order you place directly online at www.retailpets.com

Q: I do buy from Retail Pets - through another web site.  Can I use my discount?
A: No. We pay our partner web sites a commission for referring your order to us. 

Q: Can I only use my discount code at your web site? (www.retailpets.com)
A: Yes, there is a "coupon" box at checkout you'll enter your code there.

Q: I'm not sure if I have an account, how do I check it?
A: You can try logging in and then follow the directions to retrieve your account information.

Q: How do I register for a new account?
A: In tiny yellow print at the top of each page you'll see: Register An Account

Q: How long does it take to approve my account?
A: Usually 24 hours or less.
