Return Policy

Wholesale Return Policy:
All orders are fully insured. Damaged merchandise will be replaced or refunded promptly. Please contact us within 2 days from receipt of your order to report any damages. Please contact us via email or telephone for details.

Sorry, but foreign orders are non-returnable.

Conditions:
If you need to return something please contact RetailPets immediately.
Order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours.
15% Restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Seasonal (holiday) products are not returnable.

All returns must include a copy of the invoice with your order number, billing address and items being returned clearly marked.
