This is automatic and will be reflected in the MY ACCOUNT portion of the site once you are logged in and have made purchases. Can't Remember Your Password?

Having trouble remembering your password or having trouble logging into the store?

If you are returning to the store but have not yet created a new account since our change over to our new shopping cart system. You will need to re-create an account. (see registering new accounts post 5/15/13)

However, if you have already done this and still cannot log in or have forgotten the password for your account. Simply use the password reset function from the MY ACCOUNT page.

What is the best broswer to use?

We recommend using Firefox or Chrome for a better site experience. Whatever browser you use be sure you are using the most current version and that it is up to date.

Debit vs. Credit Cards

Many online stores do not accept debit cards. We do, but please note that your card authorization may take up to 3 weeks to clear.

Why can't certain items be shipped outside the USA?

Why Can't I Log In?

Having trouble logging into your account?

That's because we have moved to a brand new shopping cart system and could not bring the old login info with us. We do apologize for the inconvenience of having to recreate your account, but in the long run you will be grateful for the move.

You can use your old username/password combo or create an all new one. It is completely up to you.
