Wholesale Return Policy:
All orders are fully insured. Damaged merchandise will be replaced promptly. Contact us via email or telephone for details.

Sorry, but foreign orders are non-returnable.

Conditions:
If you need to return something please contact RetailPets immediately.
Order discrepancies must be reported within 72 hours.
15% Restocking fee applies to all returned merchandise.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 15 days of delivery.
Seasonal (holiday) products are not returnable.

All returns must include a copy of the invoice with your order number, billing address and items being returned clearly marked.

Retail Customers Return Policy:

**Please make sure to follow the instructions below, all orders not in compliance will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. **

Any item can be returned to us provided it is unused and in the original packaging.

1. We will accept returns provided you have requested a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our customer service department by calling us at 610-344-2918 or toll-free 877-364-8697, you may also e-mail your request to customerservice@retailpets.com with the reason for your return. We will not accept any returns without a valid RMA.

2. Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.

3. Orders returned after the 30 day period or without an RMA number will be assessed a 15% restocking fee.

4. Customer will be responsible for any and all shipping charges to return the item(s) to us.

5. Foreign orders are non-returnable.

6. Seasonal (Holiday) products are non-returnable.

7. Open videotapes and DVDs are non-returnable.

8. Open treats are non-returnable / non-refundable.

9. If your item is defective you must call us at 610-344-2918 or toll-free 877-364-8697. Sorry, no return request for defective items will be accepted via email.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the RMA clearly marked on both the invoice and the outside of the box. Also be sure to include a note as to why you are returning the item(s). Should you wish to exchange the item(s) tell us what item(s) you want by giving us the item name and item number for each item you wish to exchange.

Once your item arrives it will be reviewed by our returns department promptly.
